- Free shipping for orders $75.00 and over for standard parcel delivery (tracked).
- Flat rate postage fee of $8.95 for standard parcel delivery (tracked).
- Flat rate postage fee of $11.95 for express post parcel delivery (tracked).
- Standard orders will be processed within 1 – 2 business days.
- During major events and sales, orders may take slightly longer to process. However, we will always endeavour to process your order as soon as possible.
- All orders are packaged in a mailing box for extra protection.

Standard Parcel Delivery
- Orders are shipped by Australia Post using their standard parcel delivery service within Australia only. You can expect your order within 2-7 business days. Please note, these delivery timeframes are subject to changes in circumstances. Rural and remote areas may also take longer.
Express Post Parcel Delivery
- Orders are shipped by Australia Post using their express post parcel delivery service within Australia only. You can expect your order within 1-4 business days. Please note, these delivery timeframes are subject to changes in circumstances. Rural and remote areas may also take longer.
Tracking and Delivery Information
- Australia Post’s standard and express post parcel delivery service do not require a signature on delivery. However, should you require a signature on delivery, please select this option at check out for an additional $2.95.
- Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email with an Australia Post tracking number.
- Australia Post will provide you with email updates about the progress of your parcel through its delivery journey. Alternatively, you can enter your tracking number here for an update.
- Australia Post will make every attempt to deliver your parcel. If a parcel is too big to be left in a mailbox, and no one's at the address when they attempt to deliver it:
- If a signature on delivery isn’t required, they will check for any special delivery instructions provided and/or look for a suitable safe drop location (if the delivery instructions allow).
- If a signature on delivery is required, they will leave your parcel in a safe spot only where you have waived their requirement to capture a signature and you have accepted an invitation to authorise Safe Drop through MyPost.
- If these options aren't possible, the delivery person will take your parcel to your local Post Office to be collected. You'll be notified by card, email or SMS to let you know where and when you can collect your parcel.
Lost, Damaged or Stolen
- If you haven’t received your order within the estimated timeframe:
- Enter your Australia Post tracking number here for an update.
- If for some reason your tracking number is incorrect, please contact our team via email with your name and order number and we will do our best to assist.
- Alternatively, please contact Australia Post for assistance.
- We do not accept responsibility if your order is lost, damaged or stolen in transit once it has left our premises.
- Little Generation do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
- We will offer a replacement, exchange or refund where goods are faulty or damaged, have been wrongly described, are different from a sample shown to you or does not do what it is supposed to do.
- To arrange a replacement, exchange or refund please contact our team via email within 21 days of purchase.
- You will be required to provide photo evidence where goods are deemed faulty or damaged.
- To be accepted for a replacement, exchange or refund, the item must be in a saleable condition that it is unworn or unused.
- You will be responsible for the shipping costs of a return; these costs are non-refundable.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a replacement, exchange or refund after 21 days from purchase.
- Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- We do our best to ensure our inventory is accurate at time of purchase but if for some reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will issue a full refund.
